The Kalaydjian Foundation and the University of Central Lancashire, Cyprus (UCLan Cyprus) are pleased to announce their collaboration whereby the Kalaydjian Foundation will offer up to 5 scholarships every year to Armenian Cypriot students, covering 55% of their annual tuition fee. To be eligible to apply, the candidates must be graduates of the Narek elementary schools and satisfy UCLan's entry requirement criteria, i.e. an apolyterion grade of 16.5 or above with an English level of IELTS 5, IGCSE C or equivalent.

The successful candidates will be able to retain their scholarship provided they achieve an average grade of 70% in the subsequent years of their studies and 60% in each individual module. Given that the normal tuition fees at UCLan Cyprus are €9,950 per annum, the successful applicants for the Kalaydjian Foundation scholarship will be paying only €4,500 per annum.

UCLan Cyprus is located in Pyla, Larnaca, and is registered as one of the eight universities of the Republic of Cyprus. It is the only university in Cyprus to offer degrees accredited in both the UK and Cyprus, giving local and international students access to the highest quality British undergraduate and postgraduate education.

UCLan’s programmes of study are evaluated and recognised by the Ministry of Education & Culture in Cyprus through the Evaluation Committee of Private Universities, (ECPU). In addition, they meet the standards required by the UK Quality Assurance Agency (QAA).
