Annual Student Prize At The University Of Cyprus

THE KALAYDJIAN FOUNDATION OFFERS ANNUAL STUDENT PRIZE TO TOP STUDENT OF SOCIAL SCIENCES

As a further gesture of its social and philanthropic responsibilities, the Kalaydjian Foundation has decided to support the University of Cyprus’ “2010 – The Road to Excellence” campaign by offering a prize of €1,000 to outstanding students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Education.

The prize will be awarded annually to the undergraduate student who over the course of the academic year has excelled in his or her chosen field and has demonstrated the highest degree of commitment to social and welfare programmes within both the University community and society as a whole.

The University of Cyprus’ Faculty of Social Sciences and Education aspires to educate exceptional scientists and professionals and to empower them to contribute to the development of Cyprus in all areas related to social sciences, culture and education.

The Kalaydjian Foundation’s annual prize will be awarded at the annual awards ceremony organised by the University of Cyprus and is in memory of the founders of the Foundation, Bedros and Aram Kalaydjian.
